Shipping policy

STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS

Deliveries are managed by our logistics partner DHL. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above RM 120.00. A flat shipping fee of RM 6.50 for West Malaysia and RM 11.70 for East Malaysia will be charged for all orders under RM 120.00.

1. Shipping Time: 3-4 business days

Orders placed before 23:59PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 3-4 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.

2. Every customer will receive a SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled.

3. No delivery charges will incur for an order canceled within 24 hours from the initial order.
